Hello Michael,
I am certainly an amateur of the artistic life of Montmartre at the Belle Epoque, but I am not a specialist in evaluating works of art.
One of the prints of your Mévisto’s lithograph by Ibels can be found in the following album:
The Café-Concert: [Album] Lithographs by H. G. Ibels and H. de Toulouse-Lautrec; Text by Georges Montorgueil, Edt. « L’Estampe Originale, » 1893, Plate 3.
A print of this album can be found at the Art Institute of Chicago, Department of Prints and Drawings. On October 31, 2018, I presented this album to the participants of « Chicago Paris Cabaret Connection » event managed by Claudia Hommel. https://www.marcel-legay.com/lactualite/ : Mars 2019 /Rédigé le 8 mars/28oct -4nov 2018
You can flip through this album on the following link to the Gallica app of the « Bibliothèque Nationale de France » : https://bibliotheque-numerique.inha.fr/collection/item/13213-le-cafe-concert
